His desire to tell the story of African supply chains to the world and provide supply chain intelligence for stakeholders to make informed decisions concerning trade and supply chain in the continent led him to start Supply Chain Africa (SCA) -the supply chain data bank for Africa.
Adebayo is also the CEO of Adebayo Adeleke LLC (AA LLC). An organization providing advisory and training services in supply chain management, governmental services, and leadership. He has helped clients achieve a 35% revenue increase. He has also partnered with Meta and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) to create and deliver courses on Diversity and Inclusion Consciousness in Supply Chain Management.
In 2021, Adebayo founded RouteWatche App, an Intelligence gathering application, that uses crowdsourcing and AI technologies to provide real-time geographic-specific data and alerts to users as they travel across cities, giving them safety information and warning them of anything that could endanger their life.
In 2022, he was a speaker at the World Trade Organization Public Forum, where he shared how to harness technology and digital innovation to advance Africa’s trade and sustainable development agenda. In 2023, he joined other global leaders to review a United Nations report on African trade and supply chain. He was also a lecturer in Supply Chain Management at the Sam Houston State University

He is a graduate of the prestigious US Army Command and General Staff College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from the University of Maryland, Maryland. He also holds a Masters Degree in Administration Leadership from Central Michigan University Michigan, a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management and Procurement from the University of San Diego, San Diego California, and a third Masters Degree in Acquisition Management from Webster University, St Louis Missouri.
